Current pricing is available on our Floor Plans page and is updated regularly. The advertised rate reflects the base monthly rent for the apartment home. Additional monthly charges, utilities, and optional services may apply. Please contact our leasing office for the most current pricing and a complete cost breakdown.

Our apartment homes feature stainless-steel appliances, full-size in-home washers and dryers, quartz countertops, spacious floor plans, and 9-foot ceilings. Community amenities include a seasonal heated pool and spa, outdoor lounge with Ping Pong and BBQ grills, a 24-hour fitness center, a game room with billiards, 24/7 package lockers, and an on-site dog park.

Yes! Ambrose is a pet-friendly community and welcomes up to two pets per apartment home. Breed restrictions apply. Pet costs include a $200 refundable deposit, a $200 one-time fee, and $25 monthly pet rent per pet. Residents and their furry companions can also enjoy our on-site dog park.

We currently offer 12-month lease terms. At this time, short-term leases are not available. Please contact our leasing office for information regarding current lease availability and options.

To apply, please click "Apply Now" at the top of our website. The application fee is $63.50 per applicant.Applicants must meet the following requirements:

• Minimum monthly household income of 2.5 times the monthly rent.
• Successful completion of a credit screening.
• Successful completion of a background screening.

Yes! Parking is available throughout the community. We also offer additional carports and garages for rent, subject to availability.

• Carports: $60 per month.
• Garages: $180 per month.

Guest parking is also available for visitors throughout the community. Please contact the leasing office for current availability and additional details.

Utilities are billed separately from rent. Water, sewer, garbage, pest control, and common area gas and electric charges are billed monthly through the community using an allocation method. Electricity for your apartment home is billed directly to you through the utility provider. Please contact the leasing office if you have any questions about utility billing or estimated monthly costs.

Ambrose is not a gated community. Residents and guests have open access to the property.

Ambrose is located within the Bremerton School District. Nearby schools include:
